TMD Staffing is looking to hire 1st and 2nd Shift Warehouse Lumpers in East Houston, 77078 area! 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Cold Storage Warehouse

PAY RATE: Paid per piece processed, the faster the pace the more money is made

SCHEDULE: 1st shift start at 7AM , 2nd Shift start at 3:30PM

CRIMINAL BACKGROUND FRIENDLY OPPORTUNITY

LUMPER RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, or shipping containers at a fast pace! The faster the pace, the more money you make.
• Stack, sort, and organize products according to company procedures.
• Assist drivers with proper freight handling.
• Perform inventory checks and report discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensuring accuracy in labeling, sorting, and palletizing.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.

LUMPER REQUIREMENTS:

• MUST work at a fast pace and in a cold storage facility
• Ability to lift heavy loads and perform repetitive tasks. 
• Previous warehouse experience with loading/unloading, packing, and trucking is a plus
