TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Junior Maintenance Technician in the Baytown area!

WORK ENVIRONMENT
 In-Person

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and machinery.
• Read and interpret schematics, P&IDs, and technical drawings.
• Assist senior maintenance staff with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
• Support the team in keeping equipment running efficiently and minimizing downtime.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Entry-level experience with some knowledge of maintenance work.
• Ability to read schematics and P&IDs.
• Bilingual (plus).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

PAY RATE
 $20–$22 per hour, depending on skill level

SCHEDULE
 Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (transition to 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM after 3 months)
