Work Environment: Cold Storage Warehouse 

Support the Inventory Lead in performing cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory in a cold storage environment. The Cycle Counter is responsible for learning all aspects of inventory management to assist or fill in for the Lead as needed. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct cycle counts accurately and efficiently

• Record and report discrepancies in inventory

• Assist with start-up and shut down of inventory tracking systems

• Move and organize products in the correct storage locations

• Meet or exceed productivity goals while maintaining safety standards

• Use scanners and computer systems to log counts and updates

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Step in for the Lead as needed

• Demonstrate a positive attitude and team-oriented approach

• Operate forklifts safely (forklift certification preferred)

• Lift, move, and push up to 50 pounds

• Adapt to fast-paced work environment and multitask effectively

Requirements:

• Three or more years of relevant warehouse or inventory experience

• Comfortable using computers and scanning equipment

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8am–4:30pm 

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour
