TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Project Foreman in the Elkridge MD area!
Full-Time Opportunity!
$65k-$75k depending on experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In-Person
Office headquarters: Elkridge, MD
Worksites cover: DMV(primarily Howard, Baltimore, Anne Arundel and Prince Georges counties)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage & coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Oversee quality control measures to ensure projects meet standards
- Lead & supervise construction crews to efficiently frame/build wood structures
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and subcontractors to achieve project goals
- Supervise & motivate multiple crews including dispute resolution
- Communicate/coordinate with site superintendents and serve as liaison to front office
- Perform as layout mechanic
- Enforce company safety and cleanliness standards on job sites
- Meet construction work standards by enforcing stat and local codes and safety regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience as highly skilled lead carpenter
- Ability to lead/supervise crew of 15+ crewmembers
- Excellent/Expert carpentry skills
- Proficient in reading blueprints & execute layout
- Good Communication Skills and ability to interact professionally and effectively with other trades and customers
- Ability to multi-task with excellent time management and handle vigorous pace of construction site supervisor
PAY RATE
$65k-$75k yearly depending on experience
SCHEDULE
First Shift
Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
