TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Production Lead in the 77041 area! 

Pay Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality.

• Lead and motivate production team members to meet goals and deadlines.

• Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and ensure proper use of materials and equipment.

• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the production area.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding progress and issues.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Production Lead, Supervisor, or similar role in manufacturing or production.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work overnight shifts.

• Must have a resume that reflects relevant experience.
