WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Manufacturing/Production Operations Shop

Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and daily instruction to manufacturing, production, and warehouse employees
• Ensure compliance of all safety regulations, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate training of new employees and contract workers 
• Ensure production requirements and quality of work are met 
• Attend production meetings and confer with other departments to coordinate production activities, schedule, and shift goals are met.
• Inspect products and shipments to verify conformance to specifications

QUALIFICATIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing/operations environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have proficient knowledge of technology including computers and software programs such as MS Office, MAC word processing, spreadsheets, or other programs specific to the job in order to complete job duties successfully
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate effectively across departments when completing assignments
• Must be able to communicate and interact with a variety of internal/external customers and/or co-workers at level of detail required to resolve issues
• Ability to supervisor 50+ associates per shift, maintain positive and effective relationships with employees and contract staff

PAY RATE

$25-28/hour, differentials offered for 2nd shift schedules, MUST BE FLEXIBLE TO WORK AM or PM SHIFT

SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday 1st shift schedule 6:00am start, must be able to be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed

Monday to Friday 2nd shift schedule, must be flexible to train on 1st shift then begin working on a 2nd shift schedule, flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
