WORK ENVIRONMENT

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Equipment Operator to operate a drill press and related light machinery. The ideal candidate will follow safety procedures, read basic instructions or drawings, and produce accurate parts according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a drill press and other light equipment safely
• Set up materials, tools, and fixtures for drilling operations
• Measure and inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, or job orders
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Perform basic equipment maintenance and report issues
• Follow all safety rules and company policies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating a drill press or similar equipment preferred
• Ability to use measuring tools (calipers, rulers, gauges)
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift to 51 lbs.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable attendance and punctuality

Schedule: 

• Monday – Friday
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $15.00
