WORK ENVIRONMENT

The Forklift/General Operator position is based at a client facility in Mesquite, TX. The work environment is fast-paced and production-oriented, requiring prolonged periods of standing, walking, and visual inspection. Employees may be exposed to noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures typical of a warehouse or manufacturing setting. Attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality standards are essential. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished products
• Perform general warehouse and production support duties as assigned
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure product quality and accuracy
• Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced environment
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Solid math and reading comprehension abilities

• Proven experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished products accurately.
• Experience performing general warehouse and production support duties.

• Dependable and reliable work ethic
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required

Schedule: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Pay: $14
