TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Maintenance Mechanic in the Houston area!
In-Person
Repairs, installs, and performs preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure equipment remains in good working condition at all times.
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial and food processing equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
Complete work orders, reports, inspections, and required documentation.
Operate lift trucks and hoisting equipment safely during maintenance work.
Maintain equipment lubrication, spare parts inventory, and department tools.
Follow GMP, HACCP, AIB, and company safety standards.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Assist with training new employees and support continuous process improvements.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Vocational/Technical education preferred or equivalent experience.
Industrial Maintenance/Electrical experience required.
1–3 years of related experience preferred.
$33.74 per hour
Must be available weekends and flexible to rotate between 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts for several months at a time. Must be available to work some holidays.
