Assembly Line Worker

Location: Plano, TX

pay: $18.00
Shifts Available:

  • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM

TMD Staffing is now hiring Assembly Line Workers for a manufacturing client in Plano, TX. This position involves hands-on work assembling products on a line, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products and components according to instructions or diagrams

  • Use hand and power tools (screwdrivers, pliers, socket wrenches, etc.)

  • Pull and prepare materials for daily work orders

  • Inspect, label, and pack finished products into cartons

  • Perform rework as needed based on supervisor feedback

  • Keep work area clean and organized at all times

  • Follow OSHA and company safety protocols

  • Complete other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on an assembly line (mechanical or electrical preferred)

  • Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand throughout shift

  • Comfortable using basic tools and equipment

  • Basic computer literacy for production tracking

  • Detail-oriented and dependable with a team-first mindset
