TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Customer Admin Assistant in the East Area
WORK ENVIRONMENT
In Person
RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive visitors at arrival
Answer the main phone line
Prepare Packing List and Bill of Loading for shipments
Perform other clerical duties including data entry, filing, photocopying, scanning, and faxing; support other areas as needed
Assist with adjusting Inventory in inventory management system
Create labels
Order replacement office and general supplies
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements:
Superior client service and communication skills
A strong understanding of office related technology and offering support as needed
Superb attention to detail and the ability to maintain an organized office environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Beneficial Experiences:
Computer and Software knowledge
Data Entry Skills
PAY RATE
$15.00 per hour
SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM
