TMD Staffing is hiring an Offset / Digital Print Operator for a reputable printing facility located in Lewisville, TX. This position requires hands-on experience with offset and binary digital printing processes. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, quality-driven, and able to operate and maintain printing equipment efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Operate offset and digital printing presses per production specifications.
Set up, calibrate, and maintain printing equipment for quality and efficiency.
Inspect printed materials for color accuracy, registration, and consistency.
Perform basic press maintenance, troubleshooting, and cleaning.
Follow production schedules and meet established deadlines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with supervisors and production staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
Previous offset and binary digital printing experience required.
Ability to read and interpret production orders and color proofs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Willing to train on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Dependable, safety-minded, and team-oriented.
