TMD Staffing is looking to hire Order Clerk in 77040 area!
WORK ENVIROMENT

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and process Work Orders and Shipping Sales Orders.
- Review customer forecasts and determine material availability using SCM data.
- Compile and track production schedule changes and customer forecasts.
- Upload and process daily and weekly customer forecasts, including 850 and 856 EDI signals.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of account coordination processes, including SKU lists, pricing, and production workflows.
- Utilize the company's ERP system and supporting software (iView XT, Business Objects, etc.).
- Support the Account Manager by obtaining customer-specific information, including Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Review incoming forecasts to ensure production capabilities can meet customer demand and coordinate with Quality and Operations when necessary.
- Follow all company quality policies and objectives.
- Attend team meetings and complete all required training.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate's Degree or 2–3 years of administrative or operational support experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple departments.
- Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as needed.
PAY RATE
$17-$20 (DOE)
