TMD Staffing is seeking a driven and experienced Branch Manager to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about driving growth, leading teams, and making an impact.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of Branch Management experience in Pipe, Valves, and/or Fitting field.
• Strong In-Side sales experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
DUTIES:
• Drive sales growth and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Oversee daily branch operations (warehouse, inventory, logistics)
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Analyze market trends and implement strategic plans
OTHER DETAILS:
• Full-time, onsite
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, but must be flexible and work weekends as needed
• Minimal travel (<10%)
Pay:
$75,000.00 + DOE
