TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Picking Lead Person in the Brookshire, 77423 area. 

WORK ENVIRONMENT

In-Person, Warehouse 
 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Lead daily picking and replenishment activities.
• Assign picking tasks and balance workloads among employees.
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor pick locations and initiate replenishment as needed.
• Coordinate workflow to meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Verify compliance with picking, scanning, and labeling procedures.
• Train, coach, and support picking associates.
• Monitor picking accuracy and employee productivity.
• Investigate picking errors and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.
• 
   

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience with order picking and replenishment.
• Strong attention to accuracy, productivity, and detail.
• Leadership and task-prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively under deadlines and changing priorities.
• Familiarity with WMS-directed picking and RF scanners is preferred.
• Ability to track productivity and picking-accuracy metrics.
• Forklift experience is required .

PAY 

$20-21/hr+

SCHEDULE

8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday, must be flexible with schedule and able to work weekends as needed
