Bilingual Pre-Weigh Technicians (English/Spanish) 

LOCATION: Mesquite, TX 75149

PAY: Weekly Pay + OT

SCHEDULE: 1^st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM + Overtime as needed

SUMMARY: TMD Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Pre-Weigh Technician to assist with the preparation of liquid and cream batches in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). This role ensures all materials are accurately weighed, measured, labeled, and verified before production.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Measuring ingredients: Accurately weigh, measure, and record ingredients for production.
• Following formulas: Prepare materials based on specific formulas and production guidelines.
• Documenting work: Record and verify item codes and batch information for accuracy.
• Quality control: Ensure accuracy when labeling and palletizing materials as required.
• Work Safely: Follow all safety and cGMP procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality control (QC).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Strong attention to detail; Must be able to see and read small details clearly for inspection and data entry.
• Math Skills (fractions, percentages, ratios, and basic statistics).
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Backgrounds are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with company policy and client requirements.
