Job Title: Production Lead/Supervisor
Duities :
Planning, scheduling, and controlling daily production processes to meet deadlines, output targets, and budget constraints
2. Enforces health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure a safe working environment
3. Communicates with HR about staffing needs, training, mentoring, and consistently evaluates staff performance
4. Coordinates with maintenance team to address machine malfunctions and minimize downtime 6. Collects data on production, monitors KPIs, and reports data to up perks
Must speak English/Spanish

Schedule:
• Monday - Friday, 6:00AM - 6:00PM (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS WHEN NEEDED)
Pay is $18 hour
