Operate production equipment according to established procedures.
Prepare and stage ingredients and materials for production.
Follow work instructions, recipes, and production schedules.
Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and production areas.
Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work environment.
Support packaging and handling of finished products.
Monitor production processes and report any issues to supervisors.
Follow company food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Perform other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, or similar environments is preferred but not required.
Training will be provided.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a cold environment (approximately 60°F).
Willingness to work overtime, including evening hours when needed.
Ability to work safely around equipment and cleaning materials.
Must be able to work cooperatively with supervisors and team members.
