TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Production Leads in the North side of Houston, 77093 area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT

RESPONSIBILITES
- Lead daily production operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-spot coaching to team members.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order or inventory issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Train new hires and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.
PAY
$17/hour
SCHEDULE
7pm-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
