WORK ENVIRONMENT

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our Western hat manufacturing team. The production operator supports the efficient production, inspection, and packaging of western hats and related products in a manufacturing environment. This role ensures quality, productivity, and timely fulfillment while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and assist with production machinery and tools used in hat manufacturing (e.g., cutting, stitching, shaping, pressing).
• Assemble components, materials, and hat parts according to production specifications.
• Inspect products for quality, consistency, and craftsmanship throughout production stages.
• Package, label, and prepare finished hats for storage or shipment.
• Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
• Perform material handling duties including moving inventory, staging products, and organizing stock.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors to meet production goals.
• Assist with seasonal or peak production needs, cross-training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to operate machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and meeting production targets.
• Basic record-keeping and documentation skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable performing repetitive motions and handling production tasks.

Schedule: 

• Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $15.00
