Production Admin / Production Planner

Location: East Houston, TX

Work Environment: In-person 

TMD Staffing is currently seeking a Production Admin / Production Planner for a fabrication shop located in the East Houston, TX area. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong Excel skills and experience in production planning and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOM) for both existing and new products

• Develop BOMs based on established standards

• Support production planning and processing activities

• Assist in creating manufacturing costs and quotations

• Maintain accurate production and materials data

• Work closely with production and operations teams

• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to learn quickly

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Experience working with ERP software

• Knowledge and/or experience with BOL (Bill of Lading)

• Prior experience in a production, fabrication, or manufacturing environment preferred

Pay Rate

• $18.00 – $19.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
