TMD STAFFING is hiring for Warehouse Leads/Delivery Helpers for a well-known manufacturing/distribution center in Lubbock, TX.  To be considered for this opportunity, you will have to be onboarded remotely.  If you have warehouse, manufacturing, driver helper, mover or light industrial experience, we want to speak to you.  This position requires a resume.  

Shift: 1st Shift.  4:30AM to end of production (you must be open to overtime and a flexible schedule)

Weekly Compensation:  Electronic Deposit.  $13.50/HR

Position Summary

Warehouse Lead/Driver Helpers! Join our team in Lubbock, TX, and assist with getting appliances, furniture, and other household items ready to be delivered to homes and businesses.

 Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload appliances, furniture, and other heavy objects (up to 600 lbs.) using dollies, pallet jacks, and other equipment

• Assist with delivery and placement of items in homes and businesses

• Perform general assembly and installation tasks following service manuals

• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers

• Ensure items are delivered without damage and completed in a timely manner

 Qualifications

• Experience using dollies, pallet jacks, and other moving equipment

• General assembly and installation skills

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 600 lbs.) safely

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor

• Attention to detail and commitment to safety

• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented

 Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Physically demanding, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items

• Work performed in homes, businesses, and on delivery vehicles

• Frequent bending, lifting, and standing

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be legal to work in USA
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work overtime and a flexible schedule
