The Impact You'll Make

As our Warehouse Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind smooth, efficient, and safe warehouse operations. You’ll guide a dedicated team, optimize workflows, and ensure that every product is received, stored, and shipped with accuracy and care. Your leadership will directly impact our ability to meet customer expectations, reduce errors, and create a positive, productive work environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-spot coaching to team members.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using our warehouse management system (WMS).

• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to resolve order or inventory issues.

• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and conduct regular safety checks.

• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

• Train new hires and foster a culture of accountability and teamwork.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or similar).

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and best practices.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, sound decisions.

SCHEDULE

8am-5pm, Mon-Friday but flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
