TMD Staffing is looking to hire a Warehouse Supervisor in Brookshire, 77423 area!
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Warehouse
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and employees.
- Assign work and monitor productivity across departments.
- Support, coach, and provide direction to department leads.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and operational standards.
- Resolve workflow issues and handle operational escalations.
- Assist with employee training and onboarding.
- Monitor attendance, performance, and adherence to procedures.
- Track operational KPIs and report results to the Warehouse Manager.
- Coordinate priorities among inbound, repack, putaway, inventory, picking, replenishment, and shipping teams.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Strong people-management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of warehouse workflows and performance KPIs.
- Experience managing multiple departments or operational functions.
- Ability to prioritize work and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and RF scanners is preferred.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and productivity.
- Forklift experience is required
PAY
$24-25/hour
SCHEDULE
8AM-4:30PM, Monday-Friday, flexible with schedule and able to work weekends as needed
