TMD Staffing, Kyle, Tx is hiring for Event Staff to help load and unload materials and equipment for an event.  The warehouse is located in Dripping Springs, Tx 78620. The job will have some physical demands.  You will need to be able to lift, push, pull up to 35lbs.  You will need to be able to stand through the shift.  

PAY:  $18 HR

SHIFT: 8AM TO 5PM M-F, 8AM - 12PM SAT.

Requirements:

• Open to flexible schedule to include weekend and assignment of different tasks
• Be able to stand throughout shift.
• Be able to lift 30-35lbs.
• Not have a problem with repetitious hand movements, bending, or pushing items
• No face piercings 
• No false nails or false eyelashes
• Have reliable transportation
• Be able to pass a drug screen and background check
• Eligible to work in the USA

RECRUITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work independently to ensure efficient operations while maintaining compliance with company and client requirements.

• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.

• Assign and monitor temporary associates' assignments.

• Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates.

• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job orders, placements, and performance reports.

• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate.

• Perform other duties as assigned. 

RECRUITER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

• 2+ years of experience in a staffing agency or in a customer-service role.

• Ability to make independent decisions that impact overall operations and customer satisfaction.

• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

• Experience managing data entry, reporting, and ATS systems.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.

Pay

$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Approximately 8-9 hours per game

Game Dates: 10/17, 10/24, 10/31 & 11/21

Job Duties

• Take and check guest tickets
• Check guest bags
• Wand guests as required
• Assist with guest questions and provide directions
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Follow event safety and security procedures
• Maintain a professional and welcoming presence throughout the event
