TMD Staffing is hiring in McAllen, Tx for a Warehouse Dispatcher / Shipping Coordinator for a customer that deals with delivery of dry goods and materials.  The right candidate will be looking for a full-time position that can transition to permanent once the required hours are met.  We are in search of a Key Player that has 2 + years of experience dispatching, shipping, or logistics, preferably within a printing, packaging, or high-volume distribution environment. Key Responsibilities

• Delivery and pickup scheduling/coordination
• Must be able to review Bills of Lading (BOL)
• Must know how to track real-time inventory and close out shipping orders
• Will be overseeing loading dock flow to prevent bottlenecks and ensure drivers adhere to scheduled appointment windows
• Will be verifying that shipping labels and packaging meet company standards and specific client branding requirements
• Will need to adhere to company's safety protocol and abide to OSHA regulations within the warehouse environment

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience - 2 years + in dispatching, shipping or logistics
• Technical Skills - Proficient in Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and intermediate Microsoft Excel and data entry
• Attention to Detail - Critical ability to detect errors in SKU numbers or shipping addresses
• Communication - Professional ability to interact with internal stakeholders and external partners (Bilingual a must)
• Adaptability - Ability to meet the demands in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse settings and be able to shift priority on demand

• Ensure installations meet quality standards, code requirements, and customer expectations.
• Manage changes in project scope and resolve unforeseen execution issues while protecting project profitability and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Financial Oversight

• Review project target P&Ls and monitor margins to achieve profitability goals.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) for installers and material procurement.
• Track project costs and ensure billing accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Submit final project documentation to Accounts Receivable to ensure timely invoicing.

Client & Internal Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout project execution.
• Provide regular project updates to clients and internal leadership.
• Facilitate communication between the Estimating, Design, and Production teams.

-  Set up and operate CNC machines, including 5-axis equipment when applicable
