6. Teamwork: Working efficiently with colleagues and engaging in training sessions. 

7. Work setting: Keeping a tidy and secure work area, following company safety rules. 

8. Machinery operation: Using machinery and equipment as needed, ensuring they work efficiently. 

9. Notification: Informing the direct supervisor about any machine issues. 

10. Job setting: Working indoors in a manufacturing setting, with potential shifts, overtime, and weekend work. 

The perfect candidate for this position is diligent, possesses great hand-eye coordination, and is dedicated to meeting quality requirements. Previous experience in assembly or a similar position is preferred.

Schedule: 

1st shift: 6am- 2:30pm

2nd shift: 3:30pm- 12am

The Recruiter's primary objective is to recruit, interview, hire, conduct customer-specific orientations, place, monitor, and end assignments for temporary associates. We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in staffing and recruitment.

JOB TITLE: Staffing Recruiter

WORK ENVIRONMENT: In-Person | Office Setting

LOCATION: CARROLLTON, TX 75006

SHIFT: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8AM-5PM (must be flexible with schedule depending on client needs)

RECRUITER ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure customer satisfaction by selecting and assigning qualified temporary associates.
• Work independently to ensure efficient operations while maintaining compliance with company and client requirements.
• Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.
• Assign and monitor temporary associates' assignments.
• Process background checks and complete drug testing of prospective temporary associates.
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including job orders, placements, and performance reports.
• Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) put in place by Corporate.
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

RECRUITER MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a staffing agency or in a customer-service role.
• Ability to make independent decisions that impact overall operations and customer satisfaction.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing data entry, reporting, and ATS systems.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

4. Update equipment firmware via command line system 

5. Maintain and inspect production line equipment and jigs

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Fiber Optic Cable Assembler to join our production team. The primary responsibilities include terminating fiber optic connections, preparing fiber for assembly, and building cable assemblies according to engineering specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong manual dexterity, the ability to read technical documentation, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Terminate fiber optic connections according to established procedures and quality standards
• Strip fiber to required lengths with precision and care
• Polish fiber optic termini to meet performance specifications
• Crimp fiber optic termini and connectors using appropriate tools and equipment
• Assemble fiber optic cables and cable connectors per assembly drawings and work instructions
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Review and follow bills of materials from work orders
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in fiber optic assembly or cable manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Experience using hand tools, crimp tools, polishing equipment, and precision measuring devices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Work in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay: $16hr
